Awaio has a unique and differentiated product in the market, but customer acquisition relied almost entirely on personal connections and outbound sales. It worked, but it was inconsistent and impossible to scale. Every new conversation depended on someone knowing someone.
They hadn't been idle on the marketing side. ABM and paid social had both been tried and neither produced any commercial impact worth talking about. No consistent pipeline, repeatable motion, or a clear path to changing that.
Meanwhile, their ideal buyers were searching every day. Comparing workplace management tools, evaluating desk booking software, looking to consolidate fragmented systems into one platform. When they came to Exceed in December 2024, Awaio was ranking for 88 keywords, generating 386 monthly clicks, and had zero bottom-funnel keyword visibility. The organic channel that could have been intercepting those buyers didn't exist yet.
Growth summary
We started by mapping every search query Awaio's buyers used when actively evaluating solutions. Not informational searches. Buying searches. Queries like "best desk booking software," "Skedda alternatives," and "office space management software" signal that someone is already comparing options and ready to decide. That's where we focused first.
From there, we built decision-stage content targeting the highest-intent, lowest-competition keywords in the workplace management category. Every piece was grounded in the real pain their buyers felt: managing disconnected tools, hardware dependency, admin overload. All mirroring the exact language their prospects used.
We backed the content with deliberate authority building. Placements in industry-relevant publications with DA 40+ grew their referring domains from 71 to 207, giving Google the trust signals it needed to rank a relatively new domain competitively.
We also set up clean attribution from day one, tracking organic clicks, impressions, and form submissions so Awaio always knew exactly how many demos were coming from organic. Every board conversation had a clear answer.
In under 18 months:
→ Monthly organic clicks grew from 386 to 2,549
→ Bottom-funnel keywords went from 0 to 564
