Challenges
Yogaia had a strong product but almost no organic presence in their highest-potential markets: the US, UK, and Australia. The traffic they were generating wasn't converting into new product users. Content efforts had been scattered, broad, and disconnected from buying signals.
On the technical side, Google was crawling thousands of irrelevant URLs, old subdomains, legacy pages, and test environments, despite the site having fewer than 50 live pages. Crawl budget was being wasted, and relevance was diluted across the board.
At the start of the engagement, Yogaia drove roughly 2,265 monthly visits, had 750 ranking keywords, but it wasn’t converting into high-quality product signups.
They needed a partner to help them built search visibility around high-intent topics that drive qualified traffic that converts to commercial opportunities.

We started by fixing the technical foundation before writing a single piece of content.
The existing robots.txt was overhauled to cut thousands of junk URLs, redirecting Google's crawl budget toward the pages that actually mattered. Unglamorous work, but without it even the best content struggles to rank.
From there, we built the content strategy around buying intent.
Rather than chasing broad, high-volume topics, we mapped the exact searches Yogaia's buyers made when ready to act, category comparisons, best-of listicles, and use-case content tied to very specific problems. The entire content strategy was based on interviews with Yogaia’s team and their best customers.
We wanted to understand the exact profile that drove the most value to the business, and built the entire strategy around attracting that exact audience.
We identified the highest-intent, lowest-competition keywords in Yogaia's category and built content that showed up at the moment of decision. Pieces like "best chair yoga apps," "best online yoga classes," and "best yoga apps for seniors" now rank #1 for their primary keywords, pulling in buyers who are actively comparing solutions and choosing.
We backed the content with targeted link building. Product placements in trusted publications, niche-relevant backlinks, and community engagement, giving Google and real buyers the authority signals they needed.
Over 20 months:
→ Monthly organic traffic grew from 2,265 to 16,159
