Cookie Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

This website uses cookies only to make it work and, with your consent, to understand how visitors use it. Non-essential cookies are never set until you accept them in our cookie banner.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (such as local storage or pixels) are covered by this policy too.

2. Cookies we use

Analytics (only with your consent)

  • _ga (Google Analytics 4): distinguishes visitors to measure website usage. Duration: 2 years.
  • _ga_[ID] (Google Analytics 4): keeps session state for usage measurement. Duration: 2 years.
  • _hjSessionUser_[ID] (Hotjar): recognises returning visitors to analyse behaviour, such as heatmaps. Duration: 1 year.

Third-party: booking widget

  • Calendly: various cookies that make the booking widget work and help Calendly secure and measure it. See Calendly's privacy notice.

Google Tag Manager loads the tools above but does not set its own tracking cookies. Google Search Console does not set cookies on visitors' devices.

3. Your choices

When you first visit, our banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, or choose by category. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site, such as the booking widget, may then not work.

4. Third-party providers

Google and Calendly may process data from these cookies in the United States, under the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy. For details, see Google's privacy policy, Hotjar's privacy policy and Calendly's privacy notice.
